If we are not a preferred provider for your health insurance, we can give you an invoice to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement of an out-of-network provider. We am happy to call your insurance plan to assist in finding out the details of your coverage.
We also offer a reasonable sliding scale so everyone can get the help that they need.
