Her approach is eclectic and organic; I incorporate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach to meet a client’s individual needs. I honor each person’s dignity, with understanding and compassion; creating a safe and supportive environment for our work together. I recognize it is not easy to step into a room with someone you have never met and begin sharing the most intimate details of your life; I too have been a client and understand how challenging areas of our lives can be. We all have the ability to find a place of inner peace that we can reference, even during times of chaos.
